Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will give you total control over your e-mail boxes and email newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate user interface, you can create a new mail account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can forward mail messages from one email box account to another, set up mail filters, set up auto-response messages and shield your e-mail box accounts against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mail box accounts against spam emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested electronic mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular e-mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming e-mails according to specific rules set by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up a filter for any of your email accounts and select the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Just specify the email account you wish to redirect email messages from, then select the target e-mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your choice to access your email mailboxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you want to set up on your desktop computer or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
